Nicola Hirst was appointed Service Delivery Director in January 2023. She has a long career in operations and service delivery in APHA and the Defra group.
Service Delivery Director
The Service Delivery Director oversees and leads APHA鈥檚 delivery of operational services delivery for animal, plant and bee health.
This includes the agency鈥檚 network of customer service centres leading the agency鈥檚 emergency response to pest and disease outbreaks.
