Details
- Total landings by UK vessels increased in May 2023 compared to 2022, down 15 per cent. The value of landings in May 2023 (拢53.1 million) decreased by 10 per cent compared to 2022.
- The proportion of total landings made up by Pelagic species decreased from 65 per cent in April 2023 down to less than 1 per cent in May 2023 this was caused by a reduction in Blue Whiting landings due to the quota being mostly utilised in previous months.
